We loved the trees, the sounds of the monkeys, the shark fin rock, the sunsets, the breezes and this beach. We loved the warm waters and soft sand. We loved the people of Nicaragua and the culture they possess. We loved how we could disconnect, and unwind the minute we drove through the front gate of the property. All the stress just melted away .

Memories. Holidays. Childhood. Happiness. These are what come to mind when we think about time spent at Rancho Majagual. The laughter, the sunshine and beach fun. After enjoying the property solely as a family spot for well over a decade, we realized that the time had come to share this magical place with others. As life gets busier, and children get older, we wanted others to create these types of memories at Rancho Majagual to look back on.
When we first saw the property, it was literally love at first site. Even though the road here back then was nearly impassable, and the area considered incredibly remote, you can't fight what the heart wants, and the heart knew this place was meant for us.
